Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available within 5 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Be accompanied by the original packaging.
  • To initiate an exchange, please send us a direct message. Our team will assist you promptly.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available only at the time of delivery in cases where:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Refunds must be claimed immediately by reporting the issue to the delivery personnel or contacting us via DM.
  • Once the delivery is completed and accepted, refunds will no longer be processed, except for exceptional cases.
